The appt was not Completed due to unforeseen circumstances. It did not start until 1230 and ended at 2:00.

Latikki was very punctual and thorough in her cleaning. She was also very friendly and I felt comfortable with her. Will definitely use her again!!

Troy was awesome! I tipped him in cash. I will be canceling the services now that my online deal is over. One reason is due to all the cancellations or moving around of schedules before Troy.

Troy did not put my house back in order. He left telling me that the floors in the kitchen and bath were not dry yet and so he had not put the rugs back. This was a 3 hour appointment to clean a 1000 sq. foot apartment. He did; however, have the time (20minutes) to go outside and make a phone call. I will not reschedule with him.
