Raigina changed her cleaning appointment time on Friday morning from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, causing me an inconvenience since I had company coming at 3:30. She worked 2 hours and billed me for 3 hours.

My master bath looks and smells wonderful. But in the 2 hours he was here he only did the master bath and the kitchen except the kitchen sink. Raul is a slow worker because my home is not that dirty - I clean every weekend. He was late BUT he did text to let me know his progress. I will use him again.

Raul was friendly and accommodating to what we wanted done. The work he did was very good. The only complaint would be he arrived later than scheduled and he was a slow worker, he stayed 1 1/2 hours later (at my request) to complete the job. I would schedule him again.

Booked other but got Wendy. She was Prompt and quick. Could be more attentive to all surface areas , missing some areas in the living room
