He was on time! In fact he was a few minutes early... WHATTTT? The previous dude cancelled 15 minutes late - unconscionable. I decided to give it another try. I trusted Steve with my place and he did his magic. It feels good to come to a clean and organized home. Thank you!

I was charged for this cleaning as a double booking and would like the cleaner to come back out but to do this 3 hour cleaning. She was paid for a 4 hour and 3 hour cleaning at the same time. I have tried contacting customer service 4 times to get the refund with no success but would just like the 3 hour cleaning I paid double for please
