Rachael did communicate. She was helpful for an hour because she came in and our garage door was off the hindge and she was very helpful and led her to be behind with the cleaning. We appreciated her for helping while we were not home. With the overall cleaning it was pretty average. There were parts of the bathroom that were not as clean I wanted them to be.

Reliable!!! Professional cleaner, and she does a thorough job. Elonda has wonder communication as well.

Kate was a sweetheart. She did a great job and my 2 Yorkies loved her. I look forward to having her again.
