Brenda arrived at 10:00 am. She should have finished at 1:00 pm. She later called me and said she had to work an extra hour and would approve it, and I said yes. The total then should have been 4 hours, why and I being charged for 5 hours?

Her cleaning was good but language difficulty resulted in some things not getting done when she had extra time. I paid for more time than she was here. Misunderstanding.

Lorraine came to my home for the second cleaning on time! she's a very personable with a friendly demeanor which I appreciate with peeps:) I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home cleaner. Lorraine is thorough and efficient in her work~

It was 3rd cleaning with Yordano. We like it with him. He always do fantastic job. This time he finished 15-20 minutes before the scheduled 3 hours but we are fine as he finished all the cleaning. Highly recommended.

For what she cleaned, it looks good. Unfortunately the 4 hours didn’t seem to be enough though I thought it would be since some things (like changing sheets) I had done for 2 out of 3 bedrooms the night before. She was prompt, friendly, and overall, the house looks good.

Freddie did a wonderful job, house looks and smells great and he is also a great communicator. I’m very happy with the result.

She did a decent job. Few things I had to go over. Needed to rinse the toilet seat for a cleaning film. She didn’t rinse the shower floor, but my husband took a broom in when he showered. As for a tip I took care of it in cash. This evening I discovered that she didn’t clean behind the toilet or in the corners.

The crew was good overall. I asked that the front of the fridge be wiped down but it was not. The floor behind the bathroom door was not swept. Other spots in the bathroom floor were not swept either. And they were contracted for two hours and left after 90minutes. I would have rather had these things completed and paid the full amount.

She is amazing. Love love love !! Her partner too. They did an exceptional job. Hope she comes back next week

The crew was good overall. I asked to take some time on the kitchen floor but not enough was done.

Use my vacuum and steam mop for my entire house not a broom/dust pan or Swiffer to mop. I have to much pet hair for those things. Otherwise she is good and was prompt to my appointment
