I was unable to get a cleaning from Ms Laura. She states she contacted me through the app but I didn't receive a call. I have a military rental space in GA and I am looking for a monthly cleaner who can clean the common areas. We agreed to reschedule for tomorrow which is great.

Done in 2.5 hours, but neglected to vacuum carpet and large rug. Graciously came back in to vacuum areas. However vacuum had been outside where it was wet, so it left dirt marks where it was set down. Unfortunately it was left that way. She had always done good work, so I want to continue to have her and would continue to recommend her.
