This was our first time receiving her services she went above and behind and took an entire load of my back (6 hours of deep cleaning). Dee did a fine job — and was on-time at the crack of dawn on a Sunday, a time we agreed to after she had travel issues yesterday and asked to reschedule. The targeted work — main level hardwood floors, master bathroom floors and shower, and basement tile floors, and two sets of stairs — were cleaned in 3 hours, instead of the scheduled 4 hours.

She was on time . However, school has started back, so I was at work when she came. I think this will work better if I am home when she comes. The bed was not made like I expected and the guest bath was not cleaned. The steam mop was put away with the wet pads still on it. I am going to move the next appointment so that I can be home.
