Bobbie is always the best! She's punctual, thorough and polite. She suggests things, if she thinks you might like them. Isn't offended if you decline. She always friendly, but above all, professional.

She was wonderful. Super kind to my kids too. My six year old is a talker and she was so patient and sweet with him. While still competingher cleaning. We highly recommend her especially if you have kids!

This is the first Melissa has worked with us and her work was quite strong and satisfactory. She was some 45 minutes late for the 9am appointment, but did stay in contact. I would like to change the day to be on Tuesdays at 9am if that is possible with Melissa.

Absolutely amazing and was floored by how thorough she was. She even cleaned things I didn’t even expect her too like my balcony. She’s amazing at what she does and cleaned like it was her home. Thank you for the work you have done.

All in all Lauren did a great job but she did miss cleaning our master bathroom shower which was in the cleaning notes and I had called out to her that it needed cleaned

For some reason Homeaglow has booked two different cleaners. I don’t know how to cancel the duplicate & am extremely frustrated about this.

She didn't mind asking questions before beginning and that showed her respect for my home and my things. Rebeca brought a peacefulness in my home again. I highly recommend her.

I did not get as much of my priority tasks done but she cleaned up other areas that still helped immensely.

Spent 2.5 hours on 2 bathrooms and still missed cleaning shelves behind the toilets. Had to rush to complete job. Arrived and started job between 3-3:30 and completed between 6-6:30. I feel job was completed in 3 hours. Very nice personality. Cash tip was given. I would prefer a female employee they’re more detailed.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.
