Gabriella was friendly and efficient. Did a great job. After she left, we found a few areas that could have been more detailed, for example where some toiletries in the shower could have been moved to be more thorough but this and anything else was very minor.

Miss Vanessa is such a sweet person! She gets things done quickly and got a lot more cleaned than I expected… my house is kind of a disaster. She got the kitchen to sparkle and organized everything that needed it. She even wiped down my glass doors, something that hadn’t been done in ages. Her work was acceptable because I didn’t give good instructions. I want her to come back so I can be a better communicator to her. I don’t just let someone go on the first day because of my unrealistic expectations.
