I almost hesitate to review him because I don't want him to be so busy that we can't hire him often :) He did a phenomenal job, and I love that he used more natural products (including essential oils, yay!) Over all she did a really good, thorough, job. I did, however, agree to pay for an extra hour to clean the fridge. By the description of the service, I assumed the inside was going to be cleaned, which it was not.

She was nice. Corrected things as requested for my hard to clean floors. Very friendly and chatty. Did not charge me for the time she spent telling me her history. Spent extra time getting things right, but does not do dishes. I am not sure if this service includes that anyway. She did a really good job.
