Rachel was great! I was unable to meet her before hand but she called and we discussed my priorities. I came home to a clean house that smelled so good. Floors were mopped, bathroom scrubbed, everything dusted. She even dusted the ceiling fans, which is one place I always forget to clean! Will gladly have her back again.

Stephanie was very nice and quick, but there were some areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. I booked a 3 hour cleaning and she left shortly after the 2 hour mark. I believe if she had taken her time, the sinks and other areas could have been cleaned better.

Once again it’s been wonderful discovering the little extra touches after she left. I was working in my office for she was cleaning. I came out at one point, and saw that she was dusting. Dusting! Another time she was on her knees, scrubbing a part of the floor. Definitely a keeper!

Thorough and detailed while working, as well as quiet (especially compared to me when I do a big clean). Communication was a bit unclear so focus areas (this time) we’re not discussed in detail, but general expectations were understood and met well for our first cleaning. Overall strong first impression and looking forward to next time.

Not as good as I would have liked. He had no vacuum and used my broom to sweep my living room carpet. Not good. The other rooms were fine. It was OK, but I would not like to use him again.
