Kiara was great! She was very thorough and responsive. She stayed beyond the scheduled time to complete the requests and did a fabulous job organizing my daughter’s room (even made the bunk beds)…not easy! I plan to schedule her again!

I appreciated Travis’ work and he was very helpful getting the stains out from my kitchen sink. I admit I forgot to tell him to take out the garbage from the kitchen. It was very nice of him to apologize. However, I was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke he brought with him. I had to use Glade to get the scent out. I think it would be best to have a non-smoker come to clean going forward.

im changing my rate after i looked over the house. he was very good at cleaning what was asked but left water on the counter and the cleaning product in the doorway of my bedroom that I almost trip over. and he was told I'm disabled

It was fine, just a few things needed more improvement. The dusting was not very good. I might not have had given enough instructions. Other than that everything was fine.

And the mirrors and stove top were clean, but had lots of streaking, so maybe a different product or clean cloth? and something stonger for the shower floors to get those cleaner.
